K-5th grade Baptism Sign Up

Baptism is an important step and one we celebrate BIG with kids at Wellspring Church! But, first we want to confirm a child's personal decision to put their faith in Jesus. So, we ask that children between the ages of Kindergarten and 5th grade attend our Kid Faith class before being baptized.
