Guest Services Team

At Wellspring we believe You Belong! Our Guest Services team serves joyfully to make our guests feel like they are home. From our Parking Team helping park cars to our Ushers helping our guests find a seat in our auditorium and everything in between, our Guest Service Team serves with a smile and with heart! We’d love to have you join our team today!

Ushers - Guiding guests to their seats, assisting with accessibility needs, and helping maintain a smooth, organized service experience.

Offering Moment - Assist in collecting the offering and help maintain a smooth, meaningful time of giving.

Welcome Team - The first smiles guests see—welcoming everyone with warmth, helping them feel safe, valued, and at home from the moment they arrive.

Next Steps Team - Helping guests and attenders take their next steps in faith, community, serving, and baptism while creating meaningful moments where everyone belongs.

Wellspring Kids Team

Wellspring Kids is one of our most vital ministries. We strive to create an irresistible environment that leaves kids begging their parents to go to church each Sunday. In order to accomplish this goal, we’re looking for influencers who love kids and have the desire to connect and make a difference in the next generation

Environments Team

If you take pride in our home looking it’s best, this team is for you! Weekly we come together to create environments that sets the stage for a memorable first impression. Whether its general maintenance needs, Sunday morning set-up, or special events we would love to have you join us!

Sunday Team Refreshments - Provides coffee, lemonade, and water to keep volunteers and guests refreshed and energized throughout the service.

Thursday Environment Prep Team - Ensures all environments at Wellspring are prepared and welcoming for Sunday services.

Event Setup and Teardown Team - Prepares and arranges spaces for events and services, then efficiently breaks down and restores them afterward to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Building Maintenance Team - Supports Wellspring by assisting with building projects, setups, and facility needs to ensure spaces are ready for ministry and events.

Prayer Team

Our Prayer and Care Team prays with people during the response time following the message. We offer encouragement, support, and faith-filled prayer for anyone seeking God’s help. This team creates a safe, welcoming space for people to experience God’s presence and take their next step.

Prayer Team - Provides support and prayer for guests and attenders after the message, helping them feel valued and cared for.

Safety Team

Provide a safe, secure, and caring environment for everyone on Sundays and at special events.

Parking Team - Guides guests safely and efficiently into and out of the parking areas, creating a welcoming first impression.
